A few days ago when Mason's CNA was here to give him his daily bath/soak I decided to put Ez in there with him for a quick bath. They were both thrilled. Mason held him so tightly to keep him safe! Ez loved being there with Mase too. He immediately reached up to find Mason's face. They just held each other.
Mase LOVES to 'hold' Ezra. Ez is finally big enough that I am almost comfortable leaving them to cuddle without my help. Mase gets so happy when he gets to be with his "Yay" (that's what Mase calls Ezra!)
There is nothing more priceless then watching 2 brothers interact. In my experience there isn't much cuter then a baby and a disabled toddler playing~! Mason and Ezra are so fun to watch play. They completely 'get' each other! Mase will roll over to find Ez and they will just 'talk' and 'pet' each other. If they get close enough they'll take turns licking each other. Mase usually goes for Ez's hair. Ez just goes for where ever he can reach!

Dad Day~
In Ethan's Kindergarten class they had a special day just for the Dads. Dad Day! They prepared for weeks and weeks with special songs and fun things to share with their dads. They made a journal for their dad and made a book for them. When they got there they were able to show their dad their desk and their classroom. Ethan thought it was very cool that his dad was sitting in his spot! After a few welcoming things they did a little musical presentation for the dads. They sang 3 songs. For some reason Ethan thought this was so funny!
In one of the songs they sang they used some sign language. This is the part in the song that says, "I think you're wonderful!"

Important Things in Life...
There are so many things that I love about my Ethan, but today I love that he is such a fantastic caring brother! He is always playing with his brothers. Every minute he is home with them! He is teaching Ezra how to play DS today. It's really an important skill that Ethan is adamant on instilling in his younger brother!! Ezra wasn't so sure about the directions Ethan was giving, and Ethan was patiently trying to get Ezra to play with the buttons rather than just slapping it...
Needless to say, they had a great time playing together. It was another one of those proud teary mother moments. I'm so lucky and blessed to have such sweet boys!

~Broken Down~
Poor Moose! If you don't know him I should tell you. . . Mason is an avid door lover! He LOVES doors. Slamming them, opening them, licking them, you name it . . . if it envolves a door he loves it. He rolls back and forth from one set of doors to the other. He frequently rolls into our family room to slam the cabinet doors of our TV stand. He is a huge door fan.
He has 2 french doors on one side of his bedroom and another door on the opposite side of his room. He is pretty vigorous about his door slamming and this is the proof...
He started crying the other day. When I went in to check on him I came upon him holding the door from the bottom pulling it out away from the wall (hinge broken) trying to open his door so he could then slam it. It was broken and wouldn't work so he was sad..
He won't leave it alone and we haven't fixed it yet. I had to put things in his way to block him from his door. It's so sad. He rolls to it and tries and tries to get to it. It's heart breaking.

6 Months Old!
How did this happen?!? My Ezra is 6 months old! That's halfway to 1 year old! He is so much fun and such a joy to have in our house. I just can't believe how fast it's going.
He is such a good little boy. He is very happy and even tempered. He still just loves everyone that will look at him! He makes me so happy.
With his 6 months in our home marker coming right up we are able to take him to court and finalize our adoption which means we can take him to the temple to be sealed to our family!
He more than any baby I have ever seen likes to look at people and just watch everything around him. He never cries or fusses unless he is starving, exhausted, or ditched. He is NOT a fan of being left alone in a room without someone to watch~!
He has the cutest and sweetest smile but as soon as I get a camera he's more interested in just looking at me then interacting and smiling!! I'll catch that smile one day!

April Fools~
Spen was soooo excited to play jokes and pranks on Ethan! He started by boobie trapping his door with poppers so that when he snuck out of his room at night when he was supposed to be sleeping they would explode!
It worked. The next night he just hid in Ethan's room to pop a popper when he got out of bed. Scared sensless! Ethan must have learned his lesson because he didn't try to sneak out again. Sadly he missed the rows and rows of duct tape that were laid out for him to step in. Maybe another time!

Maybe Not so Appropriate, but Hilarious!!~
Ethan goes in waves of playing with his DS and not. When he is on for play, he doesn't let it rest! We were all in the car ready to leave and I came in looking for Ethan. This is what I found!
He was so embarrased!
