Swimming Lessons 2009 -- Mason!

This year for the 1st time Mason was able to take swimming lessons!!

We put him in adaptive swimming lessons at the new pool by our house. It was a brand new thing and he was one of 2 kids to participate this season.

He loved it so much we signed him up for a second session a few weeks after the first one.

They didn't really expect to offer this special kind of lesson this year, but they did a great job. Mason's teacher was actually the pool manager. She was so darling. We loved her. She's the reason we came back for a second session

Normal lessons went from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and the pool opened to the public at noon. Mason's lessons were held from 11:30 to noon. That meant that he and his teacher and the other little boy and his teacher were the only 4 people in the pool! The 2nd session Ethan's lesson's were just before Mason's so she let Ethan swim with them. That session they were the only 3 people in the pool! It was so much fun for the boys. They both loved it.

Mason LOVED the water soooo much. He got so excited even as we would walk into the pool area. He had so much fun. They did super special things for them. They went down the slide everyday! Mason loved that too.

He was so excited especially the 2nd time they would go on the slide. Then he knew what to expect.

He's a super flirt and very charming. He had his teacher in love with him after the first 10 minutes in the pool!

I really hope they offer this again next year, and that the teacher is as amazing. She made Mason's summer!
