Mason's new cast

So today Mason started his first round of serial casting. I really don't know how we avoided it this long, but we did. He got this first cast on and they will stretch and re-cast once a week for around 4-6 weeks.

I have to say, this was a hard one for me. It seems so restrictive for him and so invasive. Now that it's all done, it's not all as bad as I had worked up in my head. He is still rolling around and playing just like it was a shoe. It doesn't seem to be in his way at all.

Ethan is loving decorating the cast for Mase. He is also a little excited that he gets to start over on a new cast next Monday... at least he loves to be involved!
